Yeah not bad. Quite nice actually.

Now all you need to do is fix the reseller section on the main website.

Eish!

Jeff, the system won't let me send you a private mail.

Here goes anyway;

No real difficulties, more inconveniences. Take for example I am working through the services section and I'm deep into the top-up section. If I now want to submit a support ticket I used to be to click on the support url at the top frame and open up the ticketing section in a new tab and work thereafter with the two tabs.

Now, I need to navigate back the beginning of life to find the support link. If I click on support at the top, I have to log back into the site.

The previous frame type set-up was much better.

Anyway don't lose sleep over this as I'm not climbing on the 'beat up web africa' bandwagon currently in progress on the mybroadband forum.

Shout if you need any further explanations.

I love the way that the first couple of posts are from WA. He He He.

Don't you guys review what you make "Live" first so that everyone knows what is happening?

If you do, and I hope you do, please ask your accounts department to sit in the meetings as the left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing.

Perfect example again today. I will not go into detail as I have been warned about my "Tone". But you have all the details on record.

Have a great evening. Let me know if we should provide some decent coffee when the meetings take place so that everyone can pay attention to detail.

Hi Paul,

I think this is a bit bit off topic
I have already responded to your topic within the Suggestions thread, you are more than welcome to respond there. This is a thread for the forums design

Regarding the reviewing before we go live, yes we do test this - this was not the case for the forum theme though. The team who heads up the forum definitely ran the appropriate tests before making it go live, so no worries there

Web Africa has come a long way, and i think the logo and forum looks great. Neat, Clean and easy on the eyes.

I checked some old screen shots of how Web Africa's Web Brand has evolved.

See below Quite Funky i think

Haha yeah we have come a long way. I did the design and deployment of revisions #2 and #3 there back in roughly 2003 & 2005.

I wish you still had the "Let the WIZZARD assist you!" button. I bet awesome things happened when you clicked that button.
