Global mailbox - Exchange

Hello - This is my first use of the forums (Fora?) please point me in the right direction if I should be somewhere else.

My users have two e-mail service providers. 1 = webafrica for pop3 e-mail which they use casually whether they are on the road or at the office and

2= our MS Exchange server in our building. A global e-mail account is held with st***net and our server fetches our mail every 15 minutes over ADSL. It is then distributed through our company over our LAN.

I attempted to inquire about using webafrica for my exchange server but the salesperson I dealt with did not seem to think that webafrica hosted "Global mailboxes" . Is this correct?

I enjoy Webafrica's service, having wasted a lot of time with cheaper, inferior service providers. I would like to close our accounts with these other providers if possible.

Thank you for your query and welcome to our Forum.

We Have many users making use of catchall mailboxes on their domains to have mail routed to their exchange servers.

The global catchall account will receive all the mail for the domain and your exchange server will be able to retrieve the mail via pop or imap.
