I have tested the Live Assistance feature both on my work PC which is running Firefox 3 as well as my home PC which is currently running Firefox 3 on Vista. Tests have also been successful under Linux Debian running Iceweasel (a browser running off the Firefox kernel)

If you could please provide us with the following information so we can advise or investigate further:
Full version of browser being used
    Current OS
Any error messages you may be received or behavior of the page when trying to use Live Chat

The billing department operates during business hours which is stated on our PBX systems when selecting the billing queue. You are more than welcome to email support@webafrica.co.za requesting a call back as soon as a billing consultant starts his/her shift

With recent changes to our Live Chat system, it will only show agents who are marked as available
If an agent is on a call they will not appear on the Live Chat system until they are off the call.
As soon as the agent is off the call he will appear on the Live Chat system. However, if there is an issue with this system I will follow up on this tomorrow morning

Currently Zakkie should be displaying as Online as he is not on a call at the time of posting this

    Default Support is terrible

    Either you get the following:

    Routing Your Request...
Your chat request is being routed. You can cancel your request by clicking "Close Window" below.

You are currently number 1 in the queue. It is estimated that your wait time will be less than 1 minute.

Please stand by, or you can leave a message.

Or you dont see anybody online. Support is getting even more frustrating . WA, please comment!
