Default Xbox Live and PSN on Freezone

I know this may seem like a stupid suggestion. but it there a way Webafrica could collaborate with Microsoft to set up local Xbox Live servers and include downloads/gaming into the Freezone?

It seems like it would be mutually beneficial to both parties (if only Microsoft SA could get off their asses).

It would also be nice if a similar setup could be made for Playstation Network - free downloading, playing on the network doesn't use cap.

    Hello

Although this is something we would like to see happen they appear to have no interest in setting up hosting in South Africa at present. Should it become viable in the future then we will definitely look into this further down the line. In the interim we are checking if there are any alternative options that they would be keen at look at

You guys should even just host the updates for the consoles, this would at least let the console users also make use of freezone.

Console updates are done via the live service, which wage has no control over.

Well I am not sure about the Xbox but with the PS3 you can either update via the console or you can download the update and either burn it to cd or just use a flash disk to update it. So if WA hosted the update on freezone we could just do it that way.
