Hey guys i downloaded Americas Army.

I have a wadsl account when i run the game and try and add the server under fav it errors out with Invalid Fav server.

What am i doing wrong?

What else do i need?

Does the same for me.
Not sure why, maybe because you can't fav non-honour servers or something like that.
But it plays really well

Strange.

But besides that how do we join the game?

Where do i go to join.

If a select AA browser it automatically gets a few int servers.
and no where under AA broswer is there an option for adding a server.

If i filter and change "location" to south africa and then refresh the list nothing shows up?

am i missing something here, do i need to install something else?

All I do is change the location as you did and it gives me four SA servers.
So i'm not sure what the problem is unless you accidentally added some other filter.

All I do to join a server is to login, open the AA browser under the Internet tab, have the location set to SA, click update server list and it shows all SA servers for me.

Have you tried going to the FTP server (ftp.wage.co.za) and looking for a AA2 update or going to the AA2 main site?

In addition to the base game, you need to patch up to version 2.8.5. There seem to be plenty of new players coming into the fray, and as such, i'm also going to be make a new training server for newer players, where if there are any questions that need to be answered or tired out in a practical setting, it'll be there where you can play...

I am on TS3 (Wage) every afternoon/evening, normally in the -{RpG}- channel. Anyof you that needs help are more than welcome to join me (or any of the RPG guys) in our channel and we will gladly help you.

We are also going to schedule a standing practice evening weekly on the new training server and ALL players, old and new, is more than welcome to join in the practices. We will be teaching guys the maps and some strategy. For the training we will request that ALL players join TS3 so that proper communication is possible.

If you want to sign up for the training sessions you can put your name down in the Americas Army 2 section, training post, and then we will see you server side and on TS3.
